Since the early 90’s, the company has been involved in buying, selling, building, remodeling, and managing both residential and commercial properties.

Michael DeMarco is a builder, real estate agent, and founder of several consumer product companies. He also designed and built a leading bar/ restaurant in Dallas named Top 100 in the Country because of its original design. His vision and ability to see unique potential in every property brings the DeMarco Development projects to life.

Jack DeMarco is a retired PepsiCo executive with 32 years service. He has extensive management experience, both national and international, having served as National VP of Sales for Frito-Lay, Inc. and Managing Director of PepsiCo’s Australian Snack Division. He oversees the construction quality and cost process.
